The acid mist collection adopts a fully enclosed acid mist collection system, which uses a fan to create and maintain a slight negative pressure between the entire system and the outside world, preventing the escape of acid mist. At the same time, by optimizing the arrangement of exhaust and intake ports, a good collection flow state is formed in the entire enclosed room, efficiently and quickly collecting acid mist, reducing dead corners. After collection, it is transported by a fan to the acid mist purification tower outside the enclosed room for absorption and treatment.

Function: Used to collect zinc smoke generated during galvanizing and process it to meet emission standards.

The flue gas generated by the reaction between the plating aid and zinc solution will be collected by a collection hood and treated by a bag filter before being discharged. This system is divided into two parts: collection and treatment.

Rinsing water is mainly produced in the cycle rinsing process and floor rinsing, which is acidic and contains high levels of ferrous and zinc ions. It is treated by oxidation, neutralization, precipitation, and filtration processes, and the generated iron sludge is transported outside. All the standard clean water is reused in the rinsing tank to achieve zero discharge.
