The acid mist treatment system consists of two parts: an acid mist collection device and an acid mist treatment device.
Acid mist collection:
Function: Used for collecting acid mist in the pre-treatment enclosed room, maintaining negative pressure in the enclosed room, and preventing acid mist from overflowing.
Location: Environmental Protection Zone.
The collection of acid mist adopts a fully enclosed acid mist collection system, which uses a fan to create and maintain a slight negative pressure between the entire system and the outside world, preventing the escape of acid mist. At the same time, the optimized arrangement of exhaust and intake ports creates a good collection flow state in the entire enclosed room, quickly collecting acid mist and reducing dead corners. After collection, it is transported by a fan to the acid mist purification tower outside the enclosed room for absorption and treatment.
Acid mist treatment:
The hot galvanizing production line uses a micro negative pressure closed room to collect acid mist, and the spray tower is progressiveness in handling acid mist:
1. Maintain a slight negative pressure inside the enclosed room to prevent the escape of acid mist, protect operators in other non automated workpiece areas from contact with acid mist, which may affect their health, and protect the surrounding environment;
2. By setting the exhaust and intake ports, the gas flow in the enclosed room is maintained to facilitate the collection of acid mist;
3. The spray tower fan is interlocked with the signal of the closed room entrance and exit door switch in the main control system. When the closed room is opened for feeding, the fan automatically operates at high frequency. When the door is closed, the fan switches to low frequency operation.
4. Reduce the frequency of the fan and dynamically display the changes in the fan frequency value, achieving the goal of energy saving (about 40% reduction in electricity consumption);
5. PLC control: automatically adding medication based on the set pH value and dynamically displaying changes in pH value;
6. Automatically replenish water according to the set water level;
7. Automatic periodic drainage;
8. Alkaline detergent is used, and flower garland seasonings with higher specific area are commonly used as fillers, while polyhedral hollow balls and Raschig ring fillers are also used.
9. The structure of the washing tower consists of 3 levels of spraying and 1 level of defogging, which can achieve standard emissions.
10. Spray washing towers are usually made of fiberglass or PP.
