The acid mist collection adopts a fully enclosed acid mist collection system, which uses a fan to create and maintain a slight negative pressure between the entire system and the outside world, preventing the escape of acid mist. At the same time, by optimizing the arrangement of exhaust and intake ports, a good collection flow state is formed in the entire enclosed room, efficiently and quickly collecting acid mist, reducing dead corners. After collection, it is transported by a fan to the acid mist purification tower outside the enclosed room for absorption and treatment.
The spray tower fan is interlocked with the feeding signal of the enclosed room in the main control system. When the enclosed room is opened for feeding, the fan automatically operates at high frequency. When the door is closed, the fan switches to low frequency operation. Automatic operation can reduce the interference of human factors, ensure that the enclosed room always maintains a slight negative pressure state, and solve the problem of possible overflow of acid mist.
The hot galvanizing production line uses a micro negative pressure closed room to collect acid mist, and the spray tower is progressiveness in handling acid mist:
1. Maintain a slight negative pressure inside the enclosed room to prevent the escape of acid mist and effectively prevent operators in other non automated workpiece areas from coming into contact with acid mist, which can affect their health and protect the surrounding environment;
2. By setting the exhaust and intake ports, the gas flow in the enclosed room is maintained to facilitate the collection of acid mist;
3. The spray tower fan is interlocked with the signal of the closed room entrance and exit door switch in the main control system. When the closed room is opened for feeding, the fan automatically operates at high frequency. When the door is closed, the fan switches to low frequency operation.
4. It can effectively reduce the frequency of the fan, dynamically display the changes in the frequency value of the fan, and achieve the goal of energy saving (saving about 40% of electricity consumption);
5. PLC control: automatically adding medication based on the set pH value and dynamically displaying changes in pH value;
